Position: Human Resources and Administration Manager
The Human Resources and Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and administrative activities within the company. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company culture, managing talent acquisition and retention, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement. The successful candidate will also manage office administration to support smooth daily operations.
Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives and five-year strategic plan.
Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to build workforce capacity.
Supervise administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance, and procurement.
Lead payroll, benefits administration, and employee record keeping.
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
Prepare and present regular reports on HR and administrative activities to senior management.
Utilize and manage the CNet ERP system to streamline HR and administrative processes, ensuring accurate employee data management, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with governmental and non-governmental organizations to ensure compliance, facilitate the renewal of licenses and permits, build strategic partnerships, and support organizational initiatives.
Supervise the status of the office facilities and coordinate maintenance activities as needed to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles, preferably within a diversified business environment.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems is an added advantage.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
