AF Riena Management Consulting PLC, an established Ethiopian professional services provider, is partnering with a U.S.-based CPA firm to deliver remote audit support services for clients across nonprofit, governmental, and commercial sectors in the United States. We are seeking highly motivated audit professionals to join our growing team in Addis Ababa. Successful candidates will gain hands-on exposure to U.S. auditing procedures, tools, and international client service standards. 

Available Positions 

• Audit Associate (Entry-Level / Staff)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform substantive audit testing (cash, AR/AP, payroll, fixed assets) 

• Assist in documentation of internal controls and audit procedures 

• Prepare lead schedules, tie-out financials, and support workpapers 

• Follow firm templates and standard procedures using provided tools 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance 

• 1–2 years of audit experience (internships count) 

• Basic familiarity with IFRS or GAAP 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fluent in English 

 Tools & Training Provided 

• Audit software (Excel templates, document sharing platforms) 

• Training on U.S. audit standards (GAAS, GAGAS) 

• Time-tracking and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint)
