With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, we are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PP bag production lines (extrusion, circular looms, printing machines, and cutting/sewing units, baling presses).

• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues swiftly.

• Resolve complex machinery breakdowns to minimize production delays.

• Analyze root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions.

• Mentor junior mechanics and technicians.

• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.

• Recommend upgrades for machinery efficiency and safety.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and spare part inventories.

• Ensure all work complies with OSHA/safety standards and factory SOPs.

• Promote a zero-accident culture through proactive risk assessments.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• BSc/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience for BSc and 8 years for Diploma/Certificate in maintaining woven PP bag machinery (e.g., circular looms, extrusion lines, flexo printers).

• Expertise in repairing gearboxes, bearings, chains, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic circuits.

• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
