Completion of 10th Grade with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Operates heavy equipment called a motor grader to perform public works projects, road maintenance, and construction activities. - Responsible for rough or fine grading to prepare surfaces for roads, construction, or pavement base. - Operates the grader to spread and level materials like dirt, gravel, stone to grade specifications. - Shapes and finishes shoulders, slopes, and constructs new road grades.

Completion of 10th Grade with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Operating the wheel loader to load, transport, and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, sand, and debris. - Performing pre-operational checks such as inspecting the machine for damage, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety devices to ensure the equipment is in good working condition. - Maneuvering the wheel loader safely on different terrains and in tight spaces. - Using the loader bucket for grading, leveling ground surfaces, creating slopes, and preparing construction sites.
