We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven sales representatives to help grow our e-commerce platform by onboarding new sellers. This role involves engaging potential sellers, explaining the benefits of joining the platform, and supporting them through the onboarding process. The position is available in both part-time and full-time capacities.

Seller Onboarding (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential sellers to join the e-commerce platform.

• Explain the platform’s features, benefits, and onboarding process to sellers.

• Conduct both indoor (in-office) and outdoor (field) sales and onboarding activities.

• Assist sellers in completing registration and listing their products.

• Maintain relationships with onboarded sellers to ensure long-term engagement.

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly onboarding targets.

• Keep accurate records of outreach, meetings, and onboarding progress.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to explain technical processes in a simple, clear manner.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable meeting targets.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Willingness to travel locally for seller visits.

• High school diploma or higher education preferred.
