We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Operations & Fulfillment Manager who will also serve as a Seller Success Lead. This role combines managing daily logistics and warehouse operations with supporting sellers to succeed on our platform. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, people-oriented, and excited to help build a smooth and scalable commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Fulfillment

  • Manage the full order lifecycle: receiving inventory, organizing storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

  • Oversee delivery processes and coordinate with couriers or logistics partners.

  • Monitor delivery performance (on-time rate, COD status, etc.) and resolve any delivery-related issues.

  • Support the use and adoption of scanning tools, tracking apps, and logistics dashboards.

Process Development (SOPs & SLAs)

  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and delivery activities.

  • Define and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal teams and external delivery partners.

  • Train team members on new processes and ensure consistent implementation.

Seller Success

  • Guide sellers on how to use the platform effectively: uploading products, setting prices, managing orders.

  • Provide ongoing support to sellers to resolve pickup, packaging, or stock issues.

  • Monitor seller performance and help them meet platform expectations.

  • Collect seller feedback to improve tools and workflows.

Team & Reporting

  • Lead and support warehouse staff and delivery coordinators.

  • Ensure smooth shift scheduling and team communication.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, with suggestions for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (required); a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but any field of study is accepted for candidates who demonstrate strong capability and confidence in the role.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Familiarity with warehouse and delivery workflows

  • Comfort with using tech tools (apps, dashboards, scanners, etc.)

  • Willingness to learn, lead, and improve systems

  • Ability to work with sellers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in Amharic and English
