Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.
Prepare journal entries, and complete general ledger operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, draw up monthly financial reports
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested, and assist with year-end closings
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for ongoing projects.
Ensure 100% compliance with tax regulations, VAT returns, and financial policies.
Oversee project cost control, payment collection, and financial reporting.
Conduct quarterly financial reviews and ensure cash flow remains positive.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project budgets.
Implement cost reduction strategies to achieve financial efficiency goals.
Job Requirements
Education:
BA degree in Accounting, Economics or related field of study
Experience:
More than 3 years of relevant experience
