Job Description
We are seeking passionate, professional, and dedicated teachers to join our school community. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring each student’s academic and personal growth. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, integrating technology where appropriate, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a commitment to inspiring and motivating learners while upholding the highest standards of professionalism in conduct, appearance, and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Incorporate creative and technology-based teaching methods.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff.
Actively participate in and support extracurricular activities such as clubs, competitions, school events, and community service programs.
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, punctuality, and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
B.Ed or Master’s degree in Natural or Social Science subjects.
Teaching license or relevant certification.
Previous teaching experience preferred.
Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and professional skills.
