Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

● Develop and deploy operational excellence frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

● Conduct regular reviews of existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

● Standardize processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

● Establish and monitor quality standards and metrics; and implement quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that projects are executed with a focus on precision and excellence.

● Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.

● Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices.

● Facilitate training and development programs to build operational excellence capabilities.

● Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools; track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational excellence; and report on the progress of operational excellence initiatives.

● Identify areas within the organization where innovation can drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

● Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

● Contribute to the creation of an innovation roadmap, outlining key initiatives, timelines, and expected outcomes.

● Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and collaborative activities for new idea generation.

● Evaluate and prioritize innovative ideas based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with Company goals.

● Develop business cases and proposals for innovative projects, including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and resource requirements.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and refine innovative solutions before full-scale implementation.

● Provide training and support to employees on innovation methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as design thinking and agile practices.

● Establish innovation communities or networks within the organization to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices.

● Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for further innovation and improvement.

● Lead and manage operational excellence and innovation projects from concept to completion.

● Engage with internal and external stakeholders and gather input, share progress, and align on operational excellence goals.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience.
