We are seeking a Safety Engineer to ensure workplace safety by developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures in construction projects.

On behalf of our client, DMC Construction, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Safety Engineer.
Position Overview:
Job Title: Safety Engineer
Location: [Lebu Mebrat Hail DMC Construction Building]
Engagement: DMC Real Estate Project
Reports To: Project Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications & Requirements:
• BSc degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian safety regulations and standards.
• Certification in occupational safety is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
