MA Degree in Economics, International Trade, Public Finance, Customs Administration, Law, Public Policy or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the Ethiopian Customs Commission in developing and updating customs policies aligned with international standards (e.g., WCO, WTO TFA). - Contribute to strategic planning and legal framework reform related to customs modernization andtrade facilitation . - Provide expert advice to senior leadership within the Customs Commission and the PSD-E project team to ensure alignment with national reform goals.

TVET Level IV or Diploma in Accounting, or in a related field of study, with relevant work experience

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a leadership role
