Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency.
Learning and understanding the fundamentals of banking operations such as customer service, account management, loans, and transactions.
Assisting with customer inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues professionally and timely.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Marketing Management, Banking & Finance, Management and/or related fields.
CGPA 2.75 and above
Only 2024 & 2025 graduates can apply
Age < 25
Exit Exam result ≥ 50
COC (for Level IV) is mandatory
Work experience is not required
