Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Controller to join our team. This role is key in managing F&B costs, reducing waste, and improving profitability. You’ll work closely with the accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost efficiency.
Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report variances.
Prepare cost reports and assist with budgeting and forecasts.
Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to control waste and manage pricing.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, transfers, and usage.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Requirements
BA Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Cost Control, Hotel Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in F&B control, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
