Duties and Responsibilities

•  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, work together efficiently to provide excellent service. 

• Responsible for hiring, training, and managing hotel staff. 

•  Ensuring guest satisfaction is a top priority. Hotel managers greet guests, address complaints, and strive to enhance the overall guest experience. They may also handle special requests and ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued. 

• Hotel managers are tasked with managing budgets, controlling expenditures, and optimizing revenue. They analyze financial reports, set sales targets, and implement strategies to increase profitability. 

• They often oversee marketing efforts to promote the hotel, including managing online presence, special promotions, and partnerships with travel agencies to attract guests. 

• Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel, ensuring that all areas meet guest expectations.
