Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a leadership role. Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain cost control systems that align with the company’s strategic objectives. - Conduct detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor daily food and beverage costs across outlets and identify areas of leakage or inefficiency. - Lead periodic and surprise audits of F&B inventory, ensuring transparency and compliance.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities:  - Oversee daily restaurant floor operations to ensure consistent and high quality service.  - Monitor staff performance, providing on-the-spot coaching to maintain service excellence.  - Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed, attended to promptly, and receive exceptional customer service.  - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance in the dining area in accordance with company standards.
