Job Description
Responsible for supervising different sections of the kitchen; ensures consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes; supports and leads staff; and maintains hygiene and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Food and Beverage Preparation or related field;
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef;
Knowledge of international and local cuisines;
Strong cooking, knife, and food preparation skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; and
Good communication and leadership skills.
