Provide support in the manufacturing and industrial facility using technologies to improve, streamline, automate manufacturing, production, and other processes by executing operational improvement projects and developing, executing and updating an internal training curriculum in troubleshooting, programming, networking, controls and automation issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist operational improvement projects by developing comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing process and understanding of equipment’s control logic to be able to identify improvement opportunities, perform changes, test, and validate results, record and report changes. to prevent recurrences. 

• Build and maintain a repository of software, licenses, database, existing controls and automation hardware, network drawings, and manufacturing equipment programs and  create, modify, and analyze project schematics and exploring and implement new ways to automate systems.    

• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications    

• Study industrial processes to determine where and how application of equipment can be made    

• Study performance requirements for product development or engineering projects    

• Replace manual system to automation control to increase efficiency, improve safety, & and better product quality    

• Manage calibration activities, software modifications, backups, parameter registration and version control and make sure all backups are archived properly    

• Develop, execute and update an internal training curriculum in troubleshooting programming, networking, controls and automation issues     

• Prepare reports on progress and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager                         

Job Requirements

• The position requires a minimum of Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Technology

• 4 or 2 years’ respective experience

• Proven ability to use best practice manufacturing techniques to improve a brewery

• Advance exposure in implementing quality assurance schemes

• Mastering mechanical and electrical technologies

• Analytical skill

• Excellent problem-solving skill

• Works under pressure
