Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and implement systems to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and site management.
Conduct Daily report and maintain record, prepare weekly report, and evaluate performed tasks against contractual agreement.
Prepare payment certificate for executed works and letters as per company requirements.
Conduct time studies to evaluate labor efficiency and improve on-site productivity.
Develop and maintain quality control standards specific to construction activities.
Collaborate with project managers and site teams to implement process improvements.
Prepare reports on operational efficiency, cost savings, and project performance.
Maintain documentation related to project performance and compliance.
Job Requirement
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience Level: 4+ years in construction works
Salary and benefits will be attractive and commensurate with qualification and experience.
Working Conditions: Site and office environments
