Project Analyst
Designation: Project Analyst
Reports to: Projects Office Head
Salary & Benefits: Negotiable and Attractive

The Project Analyst will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and coordination to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Project Support Duties:
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Conduct research and data collection to support project planning and decision-making.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Analyze project data, including financial performance and resource utilization.
Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders and management.
Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and departments.
Administrative Duties:
Organize and attend project meetings, documenting minutes and action items.
Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring for projects.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Other Duties as Required:
Support the Project Coordinator in day-to-day project management tasks.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the hospital.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field any medical field background is an advantage .
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in a project support, analyst, or coordination role.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
