  • Education Qualification: First degree/Diploma  in management/ business administration/ human resource   management/ personnel management/ public administration

  • Educational Level: BA/Diploma

  • work Experience Years: Direct 6/8 years related work experience   of which 2/4 years in HRM

  • Skills required: Knowledge of Afan Oromo is mandatory
