Job Description

We are hiring an organized and proactive Admin & Finance Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, financial records, and internal reporting. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and external coordination with government offices and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • High level of precision and attention to detail, especially in financial documentation and compliance

  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and financial software ( Peachtree Accounting )

  • Ability to independently handle external tasks, including visits to government offices

  • Trustworthy, punctual, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities
