Job Description
We are hiring an organized and proactive Admin & Finance Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, financial records, and internal reporting. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and external coordination with government offices and partners.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
High level of precision and attention to detail, especially in financial documentation and compliance
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Excel and financial software ( Peachtree Accounting )
Ability to independently handle external tasks, including visits to government offices
Trustworthy, punctual, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities
