Role Overview
Manage a designated route, deepen customer relationships, ensure product availability/visibility, and drive sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with route customers; ensure satisfaction and repeat sales.
Promote and sell products by identifying needs and proposing solutions.
Take and process orders accurately; ensure timely delivery.
Monitor in-store stock; manage inventory; secure shelf visibility.
Plan and execute efficient daily routes to meet productivity and sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory; submit reports.
Gather market feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
College degree (Marketing/Sales/Business Management preferred).
Valid Driver’s License (Grade 1).
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Able to work independently and manage time well.
Willing to travel; 80–90% field time on assigned routes.
