Role Overview

Develop compelling scripts and direct end-to-end productions for social and brand content, aligning storytelling with product and business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Write original scripts for social and related content.

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, sales, and production teams (creative director, presenter, crew, editors) to refine scripts and integrate feedback.

• Research to ensure accurate, catchy storytelling that advances brand/product promotion.

• Direct productions from pre-production to post (editing/publishing/feedback).

• Oversee editing to maintain creative intent.

• Participate in planning; manage timelines and schedules to deliver on time and budget.

• Track trends, techniques, and tools; sustain a positive, creative environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Film, Theater, Creative Writing, or related (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as scriptwriter and director (film/TV/advertising).

• Excellent storytelling—able to convey function and emotion through dialogue and visuals.

• Strong collaboration; cross-functional comfort.
