We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Officer to join our team and support our operations in ensuring efficient movement of goods, materials, and resources.
Required Number: 1
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the movement of vehicles, goods, and resources.
Assist in preparing and maintaining logistics records, delivery schedules documentation
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Track and report on inventory, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Support procurement processes and follow-up on purchase orde
Ensure compliance with company policies and Ethiopian regulatory requirements.
Assist senior logistics staff in preparing periodic reports and performance updates.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
