Job Description
On behalf of our client, Netsa Trading PLC, we are looking for a competent candidate to fill the position of Finance Manager.
Position Overview
Netsa Trading PLC, a growing company engaged in the metal works sector, is seeking a full-time Finance Manager. This role will replace the current part-time finance manager and take over the leadership of two junior accountants. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance, and will play a crucial role in strengthening the company’s financial operations as it expands.

Reports To: General Manager
Industry: Metal Work
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company.
Supervise and mentor two junior accountants.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, proclamations, and financial regulations.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support strategic planning and decision-making with financial insights.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.\
Job Requirement:
Qualifications & Requirements
BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Integrity, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Location & Hours
Based in Megenagna, Addis Ababa at the company’s head office.
Regular business hours with occasional flexibility as required.
Salary & Benefits40,000 – 50,000 gross, might have a room for more based on negotiatio
