Job Title: General Sales Manager/Sales Manager

Job Type: Permanent (Full-time)

Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Salary: Negotiable

The General Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the department, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering a high -performance sales culture. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and performance 
analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objective and company  sales target .

  • Forecast sales trends and set performance goals. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies. 

  • Create and manage the sales budget. 

  • Analyze sales data and generate reports  by collecting from all company sales outlets . 

  • Training and mentoring sales team members.  

  • Set sales targets and monitor performance. 

  • Motivate and inspire the sales teams, which are indoor, outdoor and tenders  to achieve and exceed goals.  

  • Provide daily  feedback and performance evaluations.  

  •  Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment.  

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key Potential listed clients.  

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  

  •  Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.  

  • Identify and develop new customer relationships o r from existing customers. /Potentials  and middle levels/  

  •  Analyze daily sales data and generate reports on sales performance.  

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas f or improvement.  

  • Provide regular updates to sales outlets  team leaders on sales performance.  

  • Utilize systems to track and manage sales activities.  

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  

  •  Manage sales operations and optimize processes.  

  •  Works closely o n promotions targets  planned in online and outd oor sales promotion strategy .

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: BA/MA in Marketing Mgt. / Leadership/ MBA/ or any related field of study

  • Experience: 5  years and above (In the position)

  • Quantity: 1
