We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice Director to join our school leadership team. The Vice Director will work closely with the School Director and management team to oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven record of private school management to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and student development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the School Director in the overall leadership, planning, and administration of the school.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of academic and administrative operations.

• Supervise and support teachers, department heads, and administrative staff.

• Ensure the effective implementation of the school curriculum, policies, and regulations.

• Monitor teaching and learning standards to promote academic excellence.

• Coordinate recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.

• Manage student discipline, welfare, and extracurricular activities.

• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and school facilities management.

• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and external stakeholders.

• Act as Acting Director in the absence of the School Director.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) OR Master’s degree in Education, Educational Planning & Management (EDPM), or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a school management/leadership role within a private school.

• Strong knowledge of private school administration, academic supervision, and staff management.
