About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support the teaching and learning process in our Kindergarten and Lower Primary classes. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about education, child development, and creating a nurturing learning environment. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with the lead teacher to support classroom activities, ensure student well-being, and contribute to a positive school culture.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.

• Provide support to students during classwork, group activities, and playtime.

• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

• Support in preparing teaching materials, learning aids, and organizing resources.

• Monitor and support the overall well-being, development, and progress of students.

• Communicate effectively with the lead teacher, parents, and school administration.

• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
