Job Description

The job holder is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs within the bank and their overall expected impact on employees and the bank’s performance. He/ She will analyze training outcomes, providing insights to enhance training methodology/strategies, and ensuring alignment with the Bank’s goals. He/she will collaborate with various units to assess staff capability or behavior before training and then measure the impact of trainings on employee performance/behavior.

Job Requirement:

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in training evaluation. impact assessment, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector.

  • Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Certificate in training delivery and its impact assessment (an added advantage)

  • Place of work: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/02734/25)

  • Term of Employment :Permanent

  • Salary & Benefits :As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
