The Junior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting AJN’s executive search and recruitment operations. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in research, candidate engagement, and project delivery within the talent solutions industry. Working closely with senior consultants, the Junior Analyst will contribute to market mapping, candidate sourcing, and project execution while gaining exposure to diverse industries, leadership roles, and international clients.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Research & Market Mapping 

  • Conduct industry, company, and role-specific research to support executive search mandates. 

  • Build and maintain talent maps and candidate databases. 

  • Provide analytical insights and market intelligence to guide client strategies. 

2. Candidate Engagement & Support 

  • Assist in sourcing and pre-screening candidates for executive positions. 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates. 

  • Support candidate assessments, reference checks, and documentation. 

3. Project Delivery & Operations 

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of data in recruitment systems. 

  • Prepare client-ready documentation including reports, candidate shortlists, and presentations. 

  • Support execution of multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

4. Collaboration & Team Support 

  • Work closely with Senior Consultants and Associates to deliver high-quality outputs. 

  • Provide logistical, research, and administrative support across projects. 

  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, process improvements, and best practices. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience. Exposure in research, recruitment, HR, or related fields is a plus

  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight timelines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data systems.

  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment, HR, or consulting is an advantage.
