Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for Finance Officer position in our company. The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and proper management of cash flow.

• Maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage account payables and receivables.

• Prepare financial reports for management and external auditors.

• Ensure timely payments to vendors, and collecting money owed by clients.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, for management.

• Ensure financial operations and records comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.

• Process payments and manage cash handling, including petty cash.

• Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.

• Record all financial transactions accurately, maintain ledgers, and update financial data.

• Calculate, compile and prepare payroll, and verifies that all expenditures are justified.

• Ensures that all taxes are timely paid off and handle all relevant correspondence related to taxes and related issues from concerned government bodies.

• Ensures proper documentation of financial related documents both in hard copy and electronics copy and keeps the documents in safe and secured places.

• Perform other related duties as required by the line manager.

Job Requirements

• BA degree in accounting, or accounting & finance is required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Possess excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Quick Books

• High level of precision and attention to detail, especially in financial documentation and compliance

• Trustworthy, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities
