Job Title: Admin. Assistance

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.

  •  Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (both electronic and hard copy).

  •  Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  •  Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other official documents as required.

  •  Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.

  •  Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies.

  •  Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

  •  Liaise with internal departments to support daily business operations.

  •  Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

  •  Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: BA in management or related field of study

  • Experience: 5 years and above (In the position)
