We are seeking Sales & Client Engagement Officers to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, presenting MPS and printer solutions, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients such as banks, insurance companies, NGOs, and government offices. 

This role will also assist in preparing proposals, managing client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the early stages of our MPS division. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and acquire new clients through outreach and engagement 

• Present, promote, and sell our MPS and printer solutions to potential clients.

• Negotiate and close sales deals while fostering long-term client relationships.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications

• Coordinate with the Consultant and technical team to ensure smooth handover of client requirements 

• Track leads and manage CRM data effectively 

• Provide feedback from the field to improve service and product positioning

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field 

• Proven 1-5 year experience in sales, business development, or client engagement (experience in IT/print solutions is a plus).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

• Basic understanding of office equipment or technical products is an advantage 

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship-building

• Presenting ASA’s solutions, submitting proposals, following up, and
  securing business.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willingness to learn technical aspects of print services and hardware
