Job Description
Responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene; supervising team, maintaining consistency in quality, and working closely with the Sous Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1–2 years in a CDP role.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation.
