Job Description

Responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene; supervising team, maintaining consistency in quality, and working closely with the Sous Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1–2 years in a CDP role.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good leadership and communication skills.

  • Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation.
