Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Human Resources function by handling day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing assistance in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Tourism/Business Management or related field.

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience (hospitality or service industry experience preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
