Job Requirements
Qualification
BA Degree in Sales and Marketing
2 Year relevant experience in Sales Supervision Officer/related job position
Skills:
Skilled in supervising and motivating sales teams to achieve targets Skilled to develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans
Ability to track team performance and provide coaching
Having experience in maintaining strong relationships with key customers and sales staffs
Ensuring teams meets or exceeds sales targets
Experienced in preparing sales reports and analyze team performance
Ability to plan and optimize sales routes and coverage Experience with handling customer complaints and resolve sales issues quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
