Job Requirements
Qualification
BA Degree in Sales and Marketing
Skills:
3 Years relevant experience in Sales Administration/related division head position
Skilled in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets and performance goals
Experienced in overseeing daily sales activates, order processing, and customer account management
Having experience analyzing sales data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision making
Having strong skills in coordinating with internal departments (marketing, logistics and finance) and external clients
Having experience in designing and implementing effective sales plans aligned with business goals
Ability of understanding of stock levels, order cycles, and delivery scheduling to support sales
