Job Description

Responsible for overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, or other F&B outlets to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations; supervising staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest concerns, and supporting the F&B Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of F&B service experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
