The Senior Admissions & Visa Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire student admissions and visa process for international and/or domestic students. This role includes strategic leadership, operational management, compliance assurance, team supervision, and maintaining strong relationships with students, institutions, and immigration authorities. The manager ensures a seamless experience for applicants, from the initial inquiry to visa issuance and enrollment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• supervise and manage the end-to-end admissions process.

• Review and approve applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with institution requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of entry requirements for multiple institutions and countries.

• Liaise with university partners to track offers and respond to queries.

• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and changing visa regulations.

• Review visa documents and provide guidance on SOPs and financial documents.

• Lead and manage a team of admissions and visa officers.

• Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 7-10 years
