Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering and routing calls to appropriate departments.

  • Resolving product or service issues and complaints.

  • Providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Documenting customer interactions and follow-up actions.

  • Maintaining professionalism and courteous behavior.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: Diploma/Level-IV in Office Management, Secretarial Science or any related fields of study from an accredited learning institution.

  • Experience: Not required

  • Additional qualities and abilities required: Excellent language skill Amharic, English, Afaan Oromo and Somali advantageous
