Job Description
To enhance customer service excellence by introducing and customizing service quality monitoring models, setting the standards, and continuously monitoring service delivery and customer interactions with Nisir.
Job Requirement
Qualification and Experience required:Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or related fields two (2) year and three (3) years of relevant experience for Masters and Bachelor, respectively.
Professional Qualification: Strong analytical skills
Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)
