Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide high quality compassionate care to patients across varies health care settings. - Conduct through assessments of patients prior to surgery, including reviewing medical histories, Performing physical examinations and identifying any potential risks or complications. - Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, physical therapists and other health care professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patient. - Educate the patients and their families about the surgical procedure, recovery expectations, pain management and postoperative care instructions to ensure they are well –informed and prepare.  - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, intervention and patient responses in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Bachelors Degree in Clinical Nurse Specialist or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide direct care for minor injuries and illnesses, administer basic first aid, and assist with dressing wounds. - Conduct initial health assessments and monitor the general health of construction workers. - Educate workers on safety practices, healthy lifestyle choices, and the importance of hygiene to prevent accidents and illness. - Administer prescribed medications as directed and maintain accurate records. - Document incidents, coordinate care for workers with injuries, and liaise with external healthcare providers for more complex cases. - Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all workers.
