Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver first-level IT support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot problems related to computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Assist in installing and configuring new hardware and software components.
Document and log support requests and outcomes in a ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior IT personnel.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
BSc. Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related fields
Graduates of 2024 and 2025 only
CGPA above 3.5 and who passed the Exist Exam
