Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, allocation, and deployment of company trucks.

• Monitor fuel, servicing, repairs, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant.

• Oversee transport schedules, routes, and timely delivery of goods/services.

• Control fleet costs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Supervise drivers’ performance and prepare regular fleet performance reports.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

• BA degree in Logistics, Management, or related field.

• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in fleet/transport management.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and cost control.

• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and fleet management software).

•  Good leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
