Position Title: - sales officer

Duty station:- Addis Ababa,

Employment Type: - Full-Time

Key Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through various channels.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention..

• Assist in the creation and management of property listings on various platforms.

• Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of properties.

• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.

• Provide clients with insights on market conditions to aid in their decision-making process.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to close sales effectively.

• Ensure all sales documents are completed accurately and comply with legal requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and property transactions in the company.

• Work closely with other team members, including real estate agents and management, to achieve overall company objectives.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.

• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, sales techniques, and market trends.

• Attend training sessions, workshops, and networking events to enhanceprofessional skills.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge and Skills:-

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in Real Estate sales.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

• Knowledge and skills in social media marketing.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities..

Minimum Qualifications:-

• BA/MA/MBA degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience in the real estate, construction, or property development sectors is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
