Elegance Yango Ride Company is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center Team.

Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-time

Number of people needed: 10

Place of work :-bisrate gebriel adot building (addis ababa)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries.

• Provide clear and accurate information about services.

• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

• Maintain records of calls and follow company procedures.

• Support daily operations of the ride service.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in any field of study.

• Strong communication skills in Amharic and English (both are required).

• Computer skill and  knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage (but not required).
