Job Description
The Marketing & Communications Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all marketing and communication initiatives for Landmark Hospital. This role is uniquely centered on our vision to "Deliver Exceptional Customer Service". The successful candidate will be the voice of our brand, ensuring every message and every interaction, both internal and external, reflects our commitment to patient-centric care, compassion, and excellence. This role is critical to building trust, enhancing the patient experience, and driving strategic growth by promoting our services and values.
Customer-Centric Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement a marketing and communications plan that is deeply rooted in the hospital's vision of exceptional customer service.
Identify and analyze patient journeys to create marketing touch points that are helpful, clear, and reassuring, from initial inquiry to post-discharge follow-up.
Create content and campaigns that highlight the human side of healthcare, focusing on patient stories, positive outcomes, and the compassionate expertise of our staff.
Brand Management & Experience:
Serve as the brand steward, ensuring that all communications—from hospital signage to website content—reflect a clear, consistent, and empathetic brand voice.
Collaborate with department heads and clinical teams to develop service-specific marketing materials that are easy for patients to understand and navigate.
Manage and maintain the hospital's reputation by actively monitoring online reviews, social media sentiment, and patient feedback, and implementing strategies to address concerns and celebrate successes.
Communication & Patient Engagement:
Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring that information about services, procedures, and hospital updates is communicated with clarity and empathy.
Lead the development of patient-facing materials (brochures, emails, website content) that are designed to inform, empower, and reduce patient anxiety.
Develop and execute a digital engagement strategy that includes a user-friendly website, active social media channels, and digital tools that enhance the patient experience.
Manage public relations and media relations, acting as the primary spokesperson or coordinating media opportunities to promote the hospital's commitment to patient care.
Internal Communications & Culture:
Partner with Human Resources and hospital leadership to create and manage an internal communications strategy that reinforces the importance of exceptional customer service among all staff.
Develop content for internal newsletters, intranet, and other platforms that celebrate staff achievements and share stories of outstanding patient care.
Analytics & Performance:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications initiatives, using data to inform and improve strategies.
Track patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics to demonstrate the direct impact of marketing efforts on the hospital's growth and reputation.
Manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) by focusing on initiatives that directly support the hospital's vision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field .
Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications - leadership or management experience is a bonus
Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that prioritize customer service and brand reputation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write in a clear, compelling, and empathetic tone.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content management systems.
Proven experience in public relations, crisis management, and media relations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and patients.

Those who qualify the minimum qualification can apply for the posts in person, during office hours 8:00 am- 5:00 pm ( Monday – Friday ) and Saturdays until noon at Personnel office of the Hospital (4th Floor HR office)
