LabYork Trading PLC is looking for an experienced Laboratory Engineer Manager to lead our sales and business development in Ethiopia. The role focuses on POCT products, laboratory devices, and reagents, with strong involvement in order placement, government tenders, and manufacturer negotiations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Drive sales of POCT products, devices, and reagents in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

•  Lead and participate in government tenders and institutional procurement.

•  Negotiate with international manufacturers for favorable terms.

•  Provide technical support, training, and after-sales service to clients.

•  Manage and guide the sales and technical team.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in laboratory devices/reagents with hospital background.

• Proven experience in POCT sales, tender participation, and supplier negotiation.

• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
