Location: Addis Ababa & Various Project Sites
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating workshop logistics: scheduling, setup of technical equipment (audio, computers, online platforms), registration management, and communication with hosts and facilitators.
Ensuring workshop materials are printed, shipped, and available.
Managing workshop databases, records, and reporting.
Supporting health, safety, and operational functions within physical workshop spaces.
Supervising workshop operations staff or volunteers.
Job Requirements:
Education: MSc/BSc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4 years
