Position: Digital Marketing & Community Manager

We are a forward-thinking Digital Company dedicated to building authentic connections and driving meaningful impact through digital storytelling. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Community Manager to expand, engage, and nurture our online community while strengthening our brand voice across platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Develop, plan, and execute engaging digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms.

  •  Manage and grow our online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering meaningful dialogue.

  • Create and curate multimedia content (text, visuals, video, graphics, stories) aligned with our brand identity.

  • Monitor social media trends, community conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, programs, communications) to align campaigns with broader goals.

  • Represent the brand with authenticity, professionalism, and creativity.

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.

  •  Creativity in content creation — photography, video, design, or storytelling skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).

  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  •  Empathy, cultural awareness, and community-building skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Education & Experience

We welcome applicants from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, including but not limited to:

  • Degrees in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business, Design, Arts, or related fields.

  • Equivalent practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, community building, or creative content production.

Experience (formal or informal) with online engagement, event promotion, campaigns, or creative projects is highly valued.
